After the repair, he called the next evening to make sure that it was working properly. When I reported that it was working but seemed a bit louder when running, he came to remedy the situation. He worked very hard to fix my washing machine and charged a very fair price. I called late in the afternoon and he scheduled me first thing in the morning. The tech called 25 minutes before arriving to my home. He was polite and respectful. He explained and showed me what the problem with my washer was. It was a reasonable priced job and I would definitely use them again. Also, their work comes with warranty and he reminded me to call him if anything comes up wrong again. He was also funny as he kept pulling coins outs out of my washer, he said I was becoming rich.

And they absolutely live up to their five star reviews. They were courteous, on time, and did exactly what they said they were going to do at exactly the cost they quoted for parts and labor.
